1. How to download flv video?

a. Click the "Search" button, it can switch to the browser interface, then input your favorite video page URL in the navigate edit box, and go to this URL.

b. After the video begin to play, the video's information may be shown in the grid below. The information include video size, video URL, you can click the download button to download this video, or you can click the delete button to remove this video information from the grid. Here we suppose you began to download the video.

c. Click "Download" button, this button can switch to download interface, and you can see the video you select is now downloading.

d. When download is over, you can click the play button,to watch the video.

2. How to convert flv video to other format?

a. Click "Convert" button.

b. Select the format you want to convert, and click "Select File" button

c. After select flv file, it begin to conver one by one.

d. Conver OK.

3. How to block adult video site?

a. Click "Config" button, and click "Block Adult Site?" button.

b. First select "Block Adult Site" checkbox, then input the site URL you want to block, and the keyword in the URL you want to block. Blocked URL can not be opened in the Flv Assistant's browser.
If you want only you can edit the block information, you can set the password.
Block adult site can only useful to this software, it can not block the Internet Explorer, Firefox or any other browser. Flv Assistant does not add any plugin to the system.

4. How to register my software?

a. First click "Config" button.

b. Input your serial key in the edit box, and the click "Submit" button, and if the key you input is correct, then the registration is OK.

5. I've lost my serial number. What do I do?

To get the lost serial number back.

Use the order email or purchase number to login Member Area and then you will see your serial number there.

Note: It is recommended to use the copy and paste feature to complete the registration. It may cause mistake if type in the letters one by one.

6. I've changed my registered e-mail address. What should I do?

If your registered e-mail address has changed since ordering FLV Assistant, please contact our customer service with your purchase details, including your name, previous e-mail address, the product name, and your order number (if possible).
